This game is so awesome!!! I think everyone, who loves animals and loves going to the zoo should get this! This game is like your the owner of your own zoo, it seems so realistic!!!

Use to love this game. Re-downloaded it and the ad for coins or the ads for animal will not work..

This game is the best zoo game Ive been able to find and its so fun and addictive however when I try to get new animals and more coins by watching ads they wont load, this bug needs to be fixed.

It is definitely a great game but I think that the expansion prices should be drastically lowered. Also please fix the videos as they dont even open when I click the play button. Thank You.

Ive had this game for almost a week now. I know not long but I have already progressed far enough for problems. I love this games graphics and story. I also like the large range of animals in the game along with the mythical creatures. Its real fun at first. Another great thing is the fact that you do not need to spend real money in this game. It doesnt even spam you with advertisements for money purchases. However, the game does say you can watch videos and get free coins and animals easily. This is not true. I do not even know what videos they are because they NEVER WORK. ever.... not joking. They load for half a second then disappear. No animal. No coins. I checked my internet connection. Its fine. When I contacted support, they said the feature was down. Yeah well according to the other reviews it has been down since early September. Its almost December now! And such a feature is important. Without it, it takes a long time to accumulate enough coins to do anything. It takes days just to get enough coins for a single park expansion that can fit maybe 1 or 2 more animals. Not worth the wait to be honest. Not to mention it is not cheap getting animals from the safaris as well. Food costs are high for anything more than 1 star. I like this game. I want to love it. But unless you have the patience of a saint and are willing to wait days on end to do anything at all, then this game is not for you until they fix the video feature or make coins more easily obtained. Until then, this app is not really worth the download honestly. If they fix the feature though, then Id highly recommend this app to any zoo lover and would change my review to at least 4 stars. Probably 5. Until then, its borderline 2 and 3 stars.

the concept of the game is great, and stylistically it is better than other games in its category. but, a few key problems will result in the decline of this games popularity if the issues are not resolved. It is a common issue among users that videos are not loading on their game, which disables them from being able to access other animals and earn coins. that leads to the overarching issue, the lack of opportunities to earn coins. as prices increase to get more valuable products and animals, it become increasingly more difficult to keep up with it. All in all there needs to be more opportunities to earn coins, and other glitches to be resolved.

This would be a 5 star game if the "watch video to earn coins" feature worked. Otherwise it takes too long to earn enough coins to progress and it gets boring.

This game would be really fun if you fixed the coin issue. Ive reached the point now where I log on twice a day to collect coins because thats all I can do until I can afford an expansion, but it takes about 4-5 days of that to be able to afford that. Its becoming really boring for that reason and if it doesnt get fixed soon Im going to delete the game. With that one issue resolved this would be by far the best zoo game available. Its so frustrating to see how many coins are available after watching a video but not being able to watch the video.

I love this game and think its so fun but the problem is that when I try to watch a video(I have wifi) it will not work,like when I press the ▶ button it just loads and doesnt do anything.

All I ask is for you to fix the video... I try watching videos to get money or animals and it says connecting then doesnt ever show anything or give me anything other then that Im enjoying this game a lot

Please fix video problem. They never play, even for my iPhone 6. Then will give full stars.

I have a huge complaint and this is that when I try to watch videos to "get coins" it freezes and it glitches so now I cant get coins! FIX THIS!

If there was a 10 I would rate it that but it only goes to 5 :( but you should try it Im only 8 :) hope you enjoy!

Great game! No complaints! Keep trying for the coins if you have given up and are waiting for an update. The problem is fixed and you can watch videos twice a day and get loads of coins!!

I love this game and its great for people of all ages to enjoy, but the videos to get more coins or to get the animals hardly ever works. I had a bunch of coins to start out with but when I ran out of them and tried to get more it wouldnt load! There was a short period of time when I could get them but that only lasted a couple of hours and I spent all the coins thinking Id get more. Plz fix so I can enjoy the game more!

I love this game it is a lot of fun I have a ton of habitats. It is the best zoo game I have played

Very interactive, mostly free & child safe. Please keep updating and adding, it does need more but pretty pleased with this.

A good game, not as good as zoo tycoon, all lions are male and somehow breed, overall good, videos for coins almost never work
