Ok I have been playing this game for a long time and I really enjoy it. Ever since the most recent update I play for a few minutes and then I am kicked off! No one ever seems to even acknowledge when someone asks for help but if this very annoying issue is not fixed soon I am done. So please fix this! I am very far in the game so I am not going to start over. Either fix it or lose a customer!

I installed got my 1st lion & after that game started to crash non stop. Reinstalled it = same thing. Impossible to play because it crashes when it’s loading. Very disappointing & also I could not figure out how to move enclosures or decor seems too well hidden

Please fix the crashes

Could be great but it isn’t up to speed with constantly updating phones. Lags, too many advertisements without the option to get rid of them and freezes constantly. When trying to get coins so you can do ANYTHING in the game it just freezes in its place or kicks you out of the app. Needs a lot of work.

My mother got banned temporarily about 6 years ago, and to this day, she is STILL BANNED. This must be fixed.

This game is great but there is an issue with the video ads.Every time I tried it to get more coins,it wont work. Fix it please!

Wonder Zoo TM is a game when you make a zoo, expand, catch, and release. So your friend took over all the animals in the reserve, and one animal is left.? it’s name is the Springbok. Then a other friend in the zoo introduces you to animal-catching. After that, when you catch the springbok, you go home. Soon, your sanctuary will have penguins, ? whales, and more!

I have been playing for a long time. I am SO DISSAPOINTED in this game. I love the concept. I play every 4-6 hrs to collect and feed my animals. I still watch AT LEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY IN ADS It takes me 2 days of this to earn 1 expansion. The amount you earn goes up little by little, but I spend more too. I personally think the developer is aware of this but doesnt do anything about it, It kicked out at every Comercial.

I love how it does not involve real world money and there are no gems like most other games have. This is a very unique game to find and I’m so glad I found it in the App Store. Keep up the good work!!

I really like this game but it crashes so much I can’t play it.

I like this game but, every time you open the game to play it closes. If you can get it to stay open you only get a few minutes 2 at the most to play before it closes on you. Please fix the game!!!!

great game but we need more different kind of animals,a lots more land and to put your animals on the property, you guys need to fix all this bugs, the download on this game is slow,it crashes,freezes,it a headache with this problem please fix it on the next update.

I love this game I think that it has great graphics and is time killing but the amount of money for speeding up breeding is to much if your going to keep it at the same price then at least make it go down when the time goes down and sometimes when the adds come up they won’t let me get out so I have to get out of the game and get back in which can get super annoying after a while besides these issues this is a very fun game if you fix these issues I think that this game will be five stars plus I would love to see more games like this one maybe with fantasy animals instead I know you have some on this game but I would like to see one that is strictly fantasy animals great game but needs fixing ♥️??

This game is super fun and time killing, but after level 10, the videos stop working. What I mean by this is that if you’re running low on coins, you can watch adds do get 5000-6000 coins per video. Buuut after I got to level 10 they stopped working. This also happened to the special animals that you could only get by watching an add. Other than that the game is super fun and I would love it if Gameloft could just fix that one bug.

Downloaded this complete waste of time. I played it for all of 2 minutes and then the game shut down and would not start back up. It will not let me play at all. Agggg....this game is driving me crazy! It will only let me play for a few minutes and then it crashes and shuts down..when I try to open it back up it take 2 or 3 tries to get it to open. I’ll play for a few minutes and it shuts down again. Getting ready to delete this annoying game if they don’t fix it!
